Great selection & orderliness for an artist with discriminating taste. Location is convenient with good parking and accessibility for us old folks. Even had someone hold the door for me; I did have a cane. I’m always inspired by viewing items I’ve not seen and can usually complete projects with their variety. Thank you.

I was given the run around for UPS pickup. I received a email from Anthropology.com stating my order was available for pickup. A few later I went to pick it & was told 2 things 1. Per Ms. Terry that there was a meeting being held & she was unable to check & see if my order was in the space that appears to used for storage and meeting. (Shelby from Anthropology.com confirmed again that my order had arrived at Michael's in Festival shopping center) 2. And the package had not been delivered, which was a lie. Although, Ms.Terri took my # to follow up with this matter 2 full day later, no call Long story short, I find Michael's 1rst time experience in this store was ragdy and unprofessional. Finally was able to get my package 20 minutes before the store closed on Monday, will no apology for the lie or the inconvenience. Bad business especially for UPS partner, which i have shared my concern with as well

Best customer service in a long time! Andrew goes above and beyond! He gives the neighborhood kind of friendly helpful service other companies claim to. I had ordered a bow tie online and struggled to get to Annapolis, I live a few towns away but this location is the only one to have in stock even a little near me. Gas prices are of the chain, needed boe tie for temp catering job. Anyway, Andrew was very accommodating in a genuine kind of way, allowing my roommate to pick it up since she worked by there and making sure it didn't hey put back before she could arrive. I did already pay for it online but some other places would have not helped in that sinerio. Andrew did and it came naturally like that's just who he is. Michael's should give him employee of month if they do that. And a raise or buy him lunch. Thank you Andrew 😊🤗😊🤗

Great experience in custom framing at the Annapolis store! Many thanks to Jill and Barbara for their friendliness & help. I'm a repeat customer because each time, they took time to help me make a decision, never rushing me, and offered helpful advice that made the final outcome just perfect. I've seen other customers receive the same thoughtful attention. Plus the sales make the price so reasonable.

Almost everything an artist can use, all in one place. They have a great selection of acrylic paints,and canvases of all sizes. They always have good deals on T- shirts if you buy a couple. They have a lot of seasonal decor. There are plenty of fun items to try if you want a new hobby, as well as items for the professional. The workers are always friendly helpful and happy. I would be too if I worked at an arts and crafts store.
